Uploads and MusicXML files
Score PDFs, images, and MusicXML files may be processed to create recognition candidates, validation results, review notes, audit logs, and exports. Do not upload files you do not have the right to process.
Email and account data
If you provide an email address, create an account, or request a job link, StaveWave may store contact information, job status, timestamps, and delivery metadata needed to operate the service.
Analytics and advertising
StaveWave may use analytics, performance measurement, affiliate tracking, and advertising services on public content pages. These services may process page URL, referrer, browser, device, approximate location, cookie or consent signals, and ad interaction data.
Local browser tools
The MusicXML review tool can analyze files in your browser. Browser-side behavior may still involve local memory, downloaded libraries, and exports you create yourself.
